Turtle Cove Condominium Association is organized as a not-for-profit corporation in Florida and operates in full compliance with all applicable Federal laws as well as those within the state of Florida, including, but not limited to Florida Statute 718, commonly referred to as the Condominium Act and the Federal Fair Housing Act. To achieve full compliance, Turtle Cove will, as required:

• Post meeting notices in advance for all board of directors, annual member meetings or committee meetings.
• Provide access to all required documents including budget information, meeting minutes, contracts and others.
• Retain documents as required.
